Judy Boles – Broker Associate

Judy Boles loves being a GATOR! She enjoys all Gator sports, both men and women. She served as the first female President of the Gator Booster Organization in 199? She first became involved with the Lady Gator Booster Club, which united with Gator Boosters many years ago. It is very rewarding for her to continue to serve and see how “student focused” the organization remains after all of the championships.

Judy retired in 2002 from her position as Regional Manager with BellSouth in Gainesville, FL. Her 35 years of service with BellSouth allowed her to serve on many boards and participate with many organizations. She eventually “failed” at retirement and obtained her real estate license in 2006. She would obtain her Broker’s license in order to further her real estate knowledge. In addition, she is past Chair of the Santa Fe College Board of Trustees, past Chair of the Santa Fe College Endowment Board, and past Chair of the Council for Economic Outreach and the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce. Judy has been the recipient of many recognitions and awards: ET and Vam York Volunteer of the Year, Gainesville Sun Community Service Award, Stephen C. O’ Connell Leadership Award. While continuing her real estate career, she became the Executive Director of the Alachua County Education Foundation from 2012 until June, 2017. In 2017, after some life changes, she moved to St. Augustine, Florida.  She transferred her Real Estate license to “The Beach” Heartland Real Estate Services LLC, she also serves as a consultant to the Northeast Florida Educational Consortium in Palatka, FL.

Judy joined her good friends at Heartland Real Estate Services, LLC in Palm Coast helping buyers and sellers’ all over St. Johns and Flagler Counties. She has two daughters, Chris and Kim, who are the greatest blessings in her life. Her most proud moment came when her oldest grandson, Tyler Hagin, graduated from UF with a master’s degree. She has two other grandsons, Justin Hagin who is working in sales, and Heston Humphries, who is attending the University of West Florida and playing football. Her only granddaughter, McKenna, is in high school and making her “GMa” very proud. Judy loves to travel to Gator games and take trips with her childhood friends at every opportunity!

Judy is your “go to” agent for all you real estate needs in North East Florida!
